When both are in use, the maximum output power per port may be less than the individual rated maximum. 100W Charging Requirement To achieve 100W laptop charging, ensure your laptop supports the PD 3.0 protocol and that the dock's 27W USB-C PD port is free of connected devices. Proprietary Charging Notice Some laptops use proprietary charging protocols and may display a "slow charging" warning when using non-original chargers. If your laptop requires 100W or less, the dock will charge it at the same speed as the original adapter. For laptops requiring over 100W, we recommend using the orginal charger.
